All of these swaps that I was owed over the summer have finally started appearing in my mailbox, which means that I have a hell of a lot of decoing to do at the moment. This is a page in a texture deco. I painted the background blue then glued on some embroidery floss and eyelash fibre. Those layers were then covered by rayon tissue (some of which had been painted blue) and mulberry paper. The final step was to tack down the spiral of linen yarn with bits and bobs from the scrap thread bag. It's all very bumpy.
