Off the top of my head, no. If he's going to be downtown, he can do the art supply store circuit. There's a Loomis on Spadina south of Queen and then Currys is on Queen east of Bathurst. There's also the Paper Place, which is further west on Queen than Currys, but I know their stock pretty well and I don't remember ever seeing Elephant Hide paper.
